The bot checks messages for scams, doesn't save them, and only keeps your server settings.
What the bot looks at
In the channels it watches, the bot checks messages for two things: invite links to NSFW servers, and the same number of images posted in several channels within seconds. It checks, acts if needed, and moves on. Message text and images are never saved.
What it keeps
Only your server's settings: which channels it watches, your member role, your log channel, which detections are on, and the punishment you picked. If you turn on extras, I also keep their settings: the punishment, the minimum account age, the log channels, and the IDs of the role and channels the bot made for them. With verification on, the bot counts each new member's wrong codes until they verify or leave. I also keep a small list of servers and users I've blocked for abusing the bot. To power the web dashboard, a copy of those settings and your server's channel and role names is kept in the same database the report form uses.
Your log channels
When the bot acts, it posts a short entry in the log channel you choose: who, where, and what it did. The extras can each post to their own log channel the same way. That stays in your server and I don't keep a copy. The bot may also DM the server owner if it needs a permission fixed.
Other services
Discord, of course. Top.gg is used for the /vote command and the server count. Nothing is sold or used for ads.
The dashboard
Logging in with Discord lets the site see which servers you own. Only the server owner can change settings, and the bot double-checks that before it applies anything. Changes travel through a short queue that is cleared as soon as the bot has read it.
The report form
Sending a report needs a Discord login. Your report arrives with your username, ID and IP address in a private channel, so I can follow up and keep spam out.
Want something deleted?
Your settings stay saved if you remove the bot, so they are there if you come back. If you'd rather they weren't, DM me on Discord (@fuazki) and I'll delete them, along with anything else tied to you.
